Faith-based Services

My model is inspired by the promise from Jesus who invites us to see that “[He] has come that [we] may have life, and have it to the full.”

John 10:10

Spiritual dialogue

The spiritual aspect of our being can be an important part of our lives and a resource for our emotional wellbeing. Clients are welcome to integrate their faith into the counselling space as they see fit.

It is understandable that clients may also feel the need to dialogue about possible challenges in their faith journey and possible wounds from communities of faith. Counselling is a confidential space where clients can explore these concerns.

Pastoral / minister support

As a spouse of a ministry worker, I am familiar with the joys as well as the challenges of this unique work. Pastors and ministers can often feel isolated in their unique struggles of ministering to others.

The importance of carving out space to nurture your own soul will help with the longevity of your ministry. Counselling can provide the space needed to re-evaluate and re-orient so that you can be reinvigorated in your continued journey with others.

Empowering church communities

One of my passions is partnering with churches. The hope is that churches can be equipped to become a space where all who become weary of life's journey can find support and refreshment amongst a community, not necessarily just from a counsellor.

Workshops on various topics regarding mental and emotional wellbeing are available.

Some examples include:
